Cost to Join Team Liam:
NEW Team Liam Members: $40 per person
(Includes Carlsbad Race entry, Carlsbad Race t-shirt, Carlsbad Race goodie bag, Team Liam t-shirt, and Pasta Party dinner) Returning Team Liam Members: $35 per person
(Includes Carlsbad Race entry, Carlsbad Race t-shirt, Carlsbad Race goodie bag, and Pasta Party dinner)
NOTE: Due to space constraints, Team Liam Members will have guaranteed tickets to the Pasta Party dinner.
Non-Team Liam members will be put on a waiting list to attend the Pasta Party dinner.
Deadline to join Team Liam: March 23, 2010
Team Liam Members Agree to Fundraise the Following:
Individual: Raise at least $100 by April 30, 2010. Group/Family: Raise at least $150 by April 30, 2010.
The Individual and Group/Family who raise the most will receive additional Raffle Tickets at the Pasta Party!
How to Join Team Liam:
1) Mail in your Registration Form.

2) Setup your Online Donation Webpage.
Registration Form:
1) Print a copy of the Registration Form.
2) Fill out and sign the Registration Form.
3) Mail with your payment to the address on the form.

Online Donation Form:
1) Go to the Team Liam Online Donation Form.
2) Click on the link "Join our Team of Miracle Makers" (near the top middle of the webpage).
3) Type in your Personal Information.
4) Create your Username and Password.
New and Returning Team Liam members must create a new username and password.
You must setup a new one every year. We suggest that you append to your username the year. For example, "liamgutz2010".
5) Create a name for your Personalized Web Page Link. We suggest you use your username and be sure to include the year. For example, "arnold2010".
This is the link you will send to your family and friends to make a donation.
6) Enter your Fundraising Goal.
7) Click the "Continue" button.

What is Team Liam?
Team Liam is a group of people who raise money for Liam's Fund.
Team Liam members have two roles: collect donations while exercising.
Members of Team Liam enjoy the benefits of training together,
meeting the honorary Team Liam children, meeting new people,
getting in shape, attending the Carlsbad 5000 Pre-Race Dinner Party night, helping San Diego's Children's Hospital,
and knowing that the team is working together for a common and beneficial cause.
